Keeper Candidates: North Side Shit Turds
Michael Bourn - $10. Steals option only.
Danny Espinosa - $1. Couldn't hit after the All-Star break.
Andrew McCutchen - $37. Highs in HR and RBI in 2011. Again, faded after the Break. Will be one of the top dudes in the 2012 NL.
Miguel Montero - $1. A rare hitting catcher. Health issues.
Neil Walker - $17. A solid second base option.
Ryan Zimmerman - $45. Now entering his prime on a young, hot team. Don't get hurt, Ryan.
Johnny Cueto - $11. Arm issues and declining strike out rate.
Yovani Gallardo - $27. Should improve on last years numbers.
Zack Grienke - $24. Has a high ERA for an ACE but also has a high K/9 rate. Let's see what he can do off the court.
Corey Leubke - $1. High K rate for this Padre despite a crummy record post ASG break.
Jason Motte - $1. Will he or won't he close games? That's up to new manager Mike Matheny.
Projected Keepers: Andrew McCutchen and Ryan Zimmerman

Keeper Candidates: No More Power?
Ryan Braun - $50. Tough to justify keeping a player who will serve a fifty game suspension even if he is the reigning MVP. Though with the NL losing Pujols, Fielder and Pena, along with an achilles injury to Ryan Howard, there aren't many places to find power in the NL.
Andre Ethier - $30. Power has been declining over the past two seasons. Also has become injury plagued. Should go for cheaper in the draft.
Carlos Gonzalez - $12. This is a no-brainer. Carlos is poised for a 30/20 season.
Derrek Lee - $7. The TRUE 2005 NL MVP!
Jose Reyes - $36. Won 2011 NL batting title but Jose has lost a step in steals. He his in a slightly better line-up. Benefits shall be reaped if Reyes, along with Chris Coghlan, Logan Morrison and Hanley Ramirez stay healthy.
Heath Bell - $20. Depending on how theFlorida Marlins Miami Marlins rotation holds up, Bell could obtain close to 40 saves. He is old though. And those new uniforms are awful. They're very Andy Eichel-ish.
Matt Cain - $27. Consistent innings eater.
Shawn Marcum - $20. Should have about 15 wins in 2012.
Carlos Marmol - $22. Only struke out 99 batters in '11 and had some control issues.
Mike Minor - $1. Lot of upside here if Minor makes the Braves rotation for 2012, which he should.
Adam Wainwright - $1. One dollar staff ace coming off Tommy John surgery. A great Bargain.
Jordan Zimmerman - $1. Or, if Wainwright isn't your guy, how bout a fella who had Tommy John surgery before Wainwright. 2011 = 8-11 with 124 K's and a 3.18 era. Will improve on those numbers for 2012.

Keeper Candidates: Jim Hendry Blows
Ike Davis - $6. This dude was lookin pretty good til he injured his ankle. Should his 20 HR and have a line of .285/.365.
Freddie Freeman - $1. Another young stud first bagger. Has trouble against lefties but huge upside.
Bryce Harper - $1. Will he make it to D.C this season? Power numbers.
Wilson Ramos - $1. Good catchers are hard to come by in league only formats. Definetly a sleeper and will be the everyday catcher for the Nats.
Justin Upton - $34. Phenomenal year last year and now a top five outfielder in the NL. Should hit 30+ homers and bat close to .300.
Madison Bumgarner - $1. Bounced back from a poor first half to have a ERA at 2.52. Giants are close to having a staff with three ACE pitchers.
Joel Hanrahan - $7. 40 saves last season and showed better control. Also had a 1.83 ERA with 61 K's in 68.2 IP.
Mat Latos - $1. Latos will be playing for a better team in 2012 and will face the Cubs and Astros. If healthy, he should put up career best numbers.
Stephen Strasburg - $1. Though limited to the end of the 2011 season, Strasburg's numbers are truly badd ass. In his first 17 MLB starts, he has a 2.53 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 11.3 K/9 rate. Zambrano can only dream of that. Even though the Nats will limit his innings, for $1 this guy is too good to pass up.
